Affiliate Program Terms — SevenCoins

1) Definitions

The SevenCoins Affiliate Program allows content creators, influencers, and commercial partners ("Affiliates") to promote platform services through exclusive promotional coupons, receiving commissions on qualified sales.

2) Eligibility

Individuals or legal entities may participate, provided they:

• have an active SevenCoins account;
• provide valid registration and banking details;
• fully accept these terms.

SevenCoins may approve or reject any affiliate's participation at any time without obligation to justify.

3) How coupons work

Affiliates will receive exclusive promotional coupons, which may have limited validity, including less than 24 hours, and may be changed, replaced, or disabled at any time for operational or security reasons.

Expired or invalid coupons do not entitle to commissions or retroactive discounts.

4) Sale attribution

A sale will be considered linked to the affiliate when:

• the user applies a valid coupon at checkout; and
• the transaction is correctly recorded by SevenCoins systems.

SevenCoins is not responsible for failures caused by incorrect coupon use, script blockers, or manual changes by the user.

5) Settlement and payment confirmation

Commissions are calculated solely based on amounts actually received by SevenCoins.

A sale is only eligible for commission after:

• payment confirmation; and
• financial settlement by the payment operator (e.g., Stripe, Pagar.me).

Cancelled, refunded, or disputed transactions do not generate commissions.

6) Commission calculation

The affiliate's commission is based on the net amount received by SevenCoins after:

• application of promotional discounts; and
• deduction of payment processing fees.

SevenCoins reserves the right to change commission percentages with prior notice.

6.1) Subscriptions and one-time commissions

When a user purchases a subscription plan using a coupon linked to an affiliate, the commission is calculated solely on the first charge that is actually settled.

Recurring charges, automatic renewals, or additional subscription periods do not generate new commissions, except when expressly stated in specific campaigns published by SevenCoins.

If the user chooses an annual plan paid in a single installment, the commission is calculated on the total amount of the first charge.

7) Balance release

After financial settlement of transactions, the corresponding amounts will be available as balance in the affiliate dashboard.

Email notifications about new sales are for informational purposes only and do not constitute final recognition of commission or an obligation to pay.

8) Payout request

Commission payment is not automatic. The affiliate must:

1. access the affiliate dashboard;
2. request withdrawal of available balance.

Requests may be subject to minimum amounts and internal verification.

9) Tax invoice

For payment to be made, the affiliate must issue an invoice or equivalent tax document, when applicable, containing:

• description of marketing, advertising, or digital promotion services;
• amounts consistent with the requested balance.

Affiliates residing outside Brazil may provide an invoice or equivalent tax document, including a description of services rendered, amounts, and service provider identification; such document is accepted for payment and accounting records by SevenCoins.

Lack of valid tax documentation may delay payment until regularized.

10) Payment timeframe

After:

• withdrawal request; and
• validation of tax documentation,

SevenCoins will make payment within up to 60 (sixty) days from approval of the withdrawal request; this period may vary due to internal verification, financial institution operational timelines, or legal requirements.

11) Prohibited activities

It is prohibited to:

• use coupons on own purchases to generate commission;
• publish false or misleading information about the platform;
• use spam, bots, or artificial traffic to generate sales.

SevenCoins may suspend accounts and withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or abuse.

12) Affiliate responsibilities

The affiliate is fully responsible for:

• content they publish;
• compliance with applicable laws, including tax obligations;
• statements made on their channels.

The affiliate acts independently; there is no employment relationship with SevenCoins.

13) Program changes

SevenCoins may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, with prior notice when reasonably possible.

14) Limitation of liability

SevenCoins does not guarantee minimum sales volume, revenue, or affiliate performance. Participation in the program does not constitute a promise of financial gain.
