Refund Policy — SevenCoins

1) Scope

This policy governs purchases of coins and subscriptions made on SevenCoins platforms, including LotterySimulator, CryptoStrategy, and BioGenerator.

Coins are virtual credits used to consume features in the services where they apply, with immediate access after payment confirmation. Subscription plans (for example, on CryptoStrategy) are also subject to section 2.1.

2) 7-day legal window per transaction

For online purchases, applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from purchase, per transaction. We apply it as follows:

  • No use within 7 days: full refund of the amount paid.
  • With use (any portion) within 7 days: withdrawal does not apply to the portion already consumed. For the unused balance of that purchase, we refund 80% of the corresponding value (20% retained to cover processing and operational costs).
  • After 7 days from that purchase: no refund, except in legal cases (e.g., improper or duplicate charge, fraud).
  • Separate purchases: each purchase starts its own 7-day window.

2.1) Subscriptions and right of withdrawal

Services provided on a subscription basis, such as CryptoStrategy, are also subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable Brazilian consumer law (CDC art. 49).

  • Cancellation within 7 days without material use of the service: a full refund may be granted.
  • Cancellation within 7 days after use: we may retain an amount proportional to the period or to use already consumed, as applicable.
  • After 7 days from subscription start or renewal: no refund, except in legal cases such as improper charge, fraud, or severe and continued service failure.

You may turn off automatic renewal at any time in your account settings; that stops future charges but does not entitle you to a proportional refund for the period already paid, except where required by law or where CDC art. 49 applies within the timeframes above.

3) How we calculate refund with use

If there was use within 7 days, we calculate as follows:

  • base_value = price paid × (unused coin balance / total coins of that purchase)
  • refund_value = 80% of base_value, rounded down to cents and not exceeding the amount not yet refunded for the transaction

Example (LotterySimulator — PLUS package 4,900 coins): R$ 49 → 4,900 coins. If you used 1,000 and 3,900 remain within 7 days: base = R$ 49 × (3,900/4,900) = R$ 39 → refund = 80% × R$ 39 = R$ 31.20.

Example (BioGenerator — 490,000 coin package): Value equivalent to $49 → 490,000 coins. If you used 100,000 and 390,000 remain within 7 days: base = amount paid × (390,000/490,000) ≈ 79.59% of amount paid → refund = 80% of that value, under the terms above.

4) Legal exceptions (full refund)

For improper/duplicate charges, proven fraud, or severe and continued service failure that prevents reasonable use of your coin balance or subscription plan, we provide a full refund regardless of use.

5) How to request

Send to support:

  • Purchase ID (Stripe session, PagarMe, or date/time).
  • Account/email of the user.
  • Reason (e.g., withdrawal, error, fraud) and attachments/screenshots if any.

Response time: We will review your request and respond within 5 (five) business days. Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with section 6 of this policy.

6) Timing and method

  • Refunds are processed via the same payment method when possible.
  • Financial chargeback timing depends on the card/bank/processor.
  • When applicable, the refund may be proportional to the unused balance.

7) Disputes and chargebacks

In case of a dispute (chargeback), we may temporarily suspend access to coins, subscriptions, and associated features until resolution, to prevent misuse.

8) Credit package expiration

Coin packages have a validity period according to the package purchased:

On LotterySimulator:

  • LITE package (700 coins): 1 (one) month validity from payment confirmation.
  • PLUS package (4,900 coins): 12 (twelve) months validity from payment confirmation.

On BioGenerator:

  • 49,000 coin package: 1 (one) month validity from payment confirmation.
  • 490,000 coin package: 12 (twelve) months validity from payment confirmation.

Refunds and expiration:

  • If you request a refund within the 7-day window and the package has not yet expired, the refund will be calculated according to section 2 of this policy (with or without use).
  • If the package has already expired (after the validity period of the purchased package), it will not be possible to request a refund, even if you have not used all coins.
  • Important: After expiration, any unused balance will automatically expire and cannot be recovered. We recommend that you use your coins or request a refund before the expiration date.

9) Deactivated or expired accounts

Deactivated account: If you have deactivated your account, you may still request a refund within the legal 7-day window per transaction, provided the request is made before account expiration (30 days after deactivation).

Expired account: After the 30-day deactivation period, the account is considered expired and data is anonymized. In that case, it will no longer be possible to process refunds, as the account and associated transactions cannot be identified.

Recommendation: If you plan to deactivate your account and have unused coins or balance:

  • Request a refund before deactivating the account if you are within the 7-day window; or
  • Use your coins before deactivating; or
  • Reactivate your account within 30 days to retain the possibility of a refund.

10) Updates

This policy may be updated for legal or operational reasons. We will publish the new version on this page, indicating the update date.
