1) Acceptance
By creating an account and using any service offered by the SevenCoins platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the complementary policies, including the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
SevenCoins is a platform that provides digital tools, including simulators, analysis systems, and other online services, for educational, informational, or recreational purposes, and does not constitute gambling, games of chance, or financial intermediation.
2) Account and eligibility
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You may not assign, sell, or share your account with third parties.
- Use by minors under 18 may be permitted under applicable law, with consent or representation by a legal guardian when required. By using the service, you represent that you have legal capacity to contract or are duly represented/authorized.
2.1) Deactivation and account expiration
- Deactivation: You may deactivate your account at any time through account settings. Upon deactivation, your account will be marked inactive and you will not be able to access the service.
- Reactivation period: After deactivation, you will have 30 (thirty) days to reactivate your account. During this period, your data will remain stored and you may reactivate via the reactivation page.
- Expiration: If the account is not reactivated within 30 days, it will be considered expired. After expiration, your personal data (name, nickname, and email) will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
- Reactivation after expiration: After expiration, reactivation is no longer possible. You will need to create a new account to use the service again.
- Coins and balance: Unused coins and balance remain associated with the account during the reactivation period. After expiration, recovery of unused coins or balance is not possible.
3) Coins (virtual credits)
- Definition: "Coins" are virtual credits used to account for consumption of features within the SevenCoins platform. They are not currency, securities, or financial assets.
- Delivery: Coins are credited after payment confirmation. In case of discrepancy, contact support with the transaction ID.
- Use: Coins are personal and non-transferable and may be debited per use. They have no cash redemption value.
- Limits: Technical or monthly purchase limits may apply (e.g., R$ 490/month).
3.1) Services and access models
The platform may offer different ways to access its services, including:
- Pay-as-you-go use through coins (virtual credits), debited according to use of specific features; and
- Recurring subscription plans, billed monthly or annually, that grant continuous access to certain resources for the contracted period.
CryptoStrategy is a subscription-based service; access remains active while the subscription is in effect. Pricing, billing cycle, and features included in each plan are shown on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
3.2) Credit package expiration
Purchased coin packages have a validity period according to purchase value:
- LITE package (700 coins): valid for 1 (one) month from payment confirmation date.
- PLUS package (4900 coins): valid for 12 (twelve) months from payment confirmation date.
- BioGenerator — Package (49,000 coins): valid for 1 (one) month from payment confirmation date.
- BioGenerator — Package (490,000 coins): valid for 12 (twelve) months from payment confirmation date.
Important:
- Validity is calculated from the payment confirmation date.
- After expiration, any unused balance will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.
- The system uses the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for credit consumption, prioritizing packages that expire first.
- We recommend using your coins before the expiration date to avoid loss of unused credits.
- You can check your package expiration dates in your account wallet/history section.
4) Payments
- Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe). By paying, you also agree to the corresponding processor's terms.
- Charges may be processed in different currencies depending on the product, user location, and payment provider. For CryptoStrategy, prices are defined in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be shown in local currency for informational purposes only. Applicable taxes are disclosed before purchase confirmation.
- In case of chargeback or suspected fraud, access to coins or associated resources may be suspended during review.
- Transactions are processed by independent payment providers, and SevenCoins does not store full credit card data or other sensitive payment instrument details.
4.1) Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Some services, such as CryptoStrategy, are provided through recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a monthly or annual plan, you authorize automatic charges to the payment method on file at the end of each billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a proportional refund for the period already paid, except where required by law.
4.2) Promotional coupons and affiliate program
SevenCoins may offer promotional coupons linked to marketing campaigns, commercial partnerships, and content creators ("affiliates").
Coupons may have limited validity, including less than 24 (twenty-four) hours, as well as specific rules of use and eligibility or quantity restrictions.
Use of an expired, invalid, or incorrectly applied coupon does not entitle you to a discount, benefit, or later compensation.
When a coupon is associated with an affiliate, SevenCoins may record use of that coupon for internal purposes of campaign performance measurement and calculation of any commissions owed to the affiliate.
Notifications or display of sales-related information to affiliates is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of payment or final recognition of commission.
Commissions linked to coupons are treated as independent commercial agreements between SevenCoins and the affiliate, and are not the responsibility of the end user.
Use of promotional coupons does not create any direct contractual relationship between the end user and the affiliate.
4.3) Settlement and payment confirmation for affiliates
Amounts potentially owed to affiliates are calculated solely based on amounts actually received by SevenCoins after financial settlement of transactions by the payment platforms.
Affiliate commissions are defined and calculated in the currency applicable to the affiliate's country of registration, according to program rules. For affiliates residing in Brazil, commissions are defined, displayed, and settled in Brazilian reais (BRL). For international affiliates, commissions may be defined in U.S. dollars (USD) or another applicable currency, subject to the conversion criteria set out in the Affiliate Program Terms.
Cancelled, disputed, charged back, or unsettled transactions do not give rise to commissions.
Availability of funds for affiliate withdrawals may occur only after definitive payment confirmation and after operational and risk periods established by the payment processors, subject to eligibility criteria for withdrawal, submission and validation of tax documentation, and payment timeframes set forth in the Affiliate Program Terms.
4.4) Subscriptions and affiliate commissions
When a user purchases a subscription plan using a coupon linked to an affiliate, the commission is calculated solely on the first charge that is actually settled.
Automatic renewals, subsequent charges, or additional subscription periods do not generate new commissions, except when expressly stated in specific campaigns published by SevenCoins.
The affiliate is responsible for assessing the type of plan purchased by the user, including monthly or annual plans; the commission reflects the amount of the first charge made.
5) Refunds
Subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law where applicable, coin purchases are generally non-refundable as they constitute digital service/delivery. Cases under law, improper charge, proven fraud, or severe unavailability are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6) Acceptable use
- You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing activities.
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, intentional overload, or circumvention of controls is prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7) Intellectual property
- The service, interfaces, trademarks, and proprietary content belong to the service owner and are protected by intellectual property rights.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
- Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
8) Availability and changes
- The service is provided "as is" and subject to availability and may change.
- We may add, remove, or modify features; material changes may be communicated by email or within the product.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance with or without notice.
- Material changes to terms, prices, or features will be communicated with reasonable advance notice when possible.
9) Limitation of liability
The tools offered by the platform, including CryptoStrategy, are informational and educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or any guarantee of results.
When exchange integration is enabled, SevenCoins acts solely as a technical interface to send instructions to the exchange chosen by the user; it does not custody assets, provide financial intermediation, or manage investments.
SevenCoins does not participate in execution, custody, financial settlement, or advisory related to operations carried out by the user, and such activities are the exclusive responsibility of the selected exchange.
You are solely responsible for configuring, enabling, and monitoring any automated features, including strategy execution bots.
The platform performs operations according to parameters you define and is not responsible for incorrect settings, improper use, lack of monitoring, or decisions you make.
Use of automated features involves risks inherent to the market and to technical execution; you are responsible for understanding such risks before enabling any automation.
SevenCoins does not guarantee continuous, fault-free, or delay-free execution of automated operations.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
- Our total liability, when applicable, is limited to the amount actually paid by you to the service in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
10) Privacy and data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable law (e.g., LGPD). See our Privacy Policy for purposes, legal bases, and your rights.
11) Termination
You may close your account at any time by deactivating (see section 2.1) or requesting permanent closure from support. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms, fraud, legal order, or risk to operation/security.
Important: When deactivating or closing your account, use or request refund of your coins and balance within the periods set in the Refund Policy, especially if within the 7-day purchase window.
11.1) Relationship with affiliates and commercial partners
Affiliates and commercial partners act independently; there is no employment, corporate, or agency relationship with SevenCoins.
Any payments to affiliates are subject to withdrawal request, internal verification, and, when applicable, issuance of valid tax documentation corresponding to promotion, advertising, or marketing services provided, as well as compliance with requirements set forth in the Affiliate Program Terms, which shall prevail in case of specific conflict regarding commission and payment rules.
12) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district (comarca) of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, except where applicable law provides a different venue for the consumer.
